REGISTRATION

Registration Closed

Participants must first register on-line to receive a registration number. This number is used when entering abstracts.

Standard Registration - $75
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, registration materials, and abstract book. DOES NOT include dinner/evening program.

Registration with Evening Program - $100
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, banquet, registration materials, and abstract book. Includes dinner/evening program.

Student Registration - $25
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, registration materials, and abstract book. DOES NOT include dinner/evening program.

Student Registration with Evening Program - $50
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, banquet, registration materials, and abstract book. Includes dinner/evening program.

Evening program registration has ended.

Emeritus Registration - $25
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, registration materials, and abstract book. DOES NOT include dinner/evening program.

Emeritus Registration with Evening Program - $50
Registration includes AM break, Lunch, PM break, banquet, registration materials, and abstract book. Includes dinner/evening program.


On-Site Registration for Conference 
Registration and check-in will occur in the Annex Room, 2nd floor of the Memorial Union, from 7:00am - 7:00pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2009. 


Payment Information 
Unpaid balances must be paid in full by Monday, May 4, 2009. If you fail to do so, your registration may be subject to cancellation. All forms of payment must be in US dollars. If your organization is tax exempt, the University of Wisconsin tax identification number is: 39-1805963.

CREDIT CARDS: Participants paying via credit card must submit payment of their registration fee at the time of registration. To make additional payments, please go to the Payment Link.

PURCHASE ORDERS: Participants paying via an institutional Purchase Order will receive an invoice, which they should forward to the appropriate financial personnel for prompt payment no later than Monday, May 4, 2009.  Checks can be made payable to: The Wisconsin Union-McArdle Conference. Personal checks are not accepted.

INVOICES: To print an invoice, please have your registration number ready and go to Get Invoice.


Cancellations

Wisconsin Union Conference Services must receive cancellation notification in writing (mcardle2009@union.wisc.edu) no later than Monday, May 4, 2009.  After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation notification is received on or before Monday, May 4, 2009the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 handling fee.


DEADLINES: All participants must register before submitting an abstract.

Lodging Reservations (via registration site): Monday, May 4, 2009
